Luise von Finckh

Luise von Finckh was born in Berlin in 1994. It became apparent very qucikly that singing and acting were in the Berlin native's blood and so Luise von Finckh was able to convince at an audition for the musical "Les Miserables". She got the part and, already at the age of 10, played the role of little Cosette at the Theater des Westens in Berlin.

In 2007, Luise von Finckh stood in front of the camera for the first time. In the children's and youth series SCHLOSS EINSTEIN she was able to gain her first valuable experience and quickly grew the desire to make acting her profession.

This was followed by appearances in the comedy RINDVIEH A LA CARTE (2010) or the fairy tale DIE ZERTANZTEN SCHUHE (2011). From 2012 to 2018, Luise von Finckh then starred in the series GUTE ZEITEN SCHLECHTE ZEITEN (GZSZ), in which she took on one of the leading roles from 2016 and thus achieved great popularity. Luise von Finckh also starred in series such as SOKO München, DER LEHRER and IN ALLER FREUNDSCHAFT - DIE JUNGEN ÄRZTE. At the end of 2019, BBC Two aired the first episode of the British-Austrian miniseries VIENNA BLOOD with Luise von Finckh. It deals with the events surrounding the psychoanalyst Max Liebermann in early 20th century Vienna. In Germany, the series started on November 15, 2020 on ZDF. VIENNA BLOOD was awarded the ROMY International in 2020 and was nominated in the Prix Europa in the TV FICTION category. The two seasons so far are to be followed by a third in 2022.

On ZDF, Luise von Finckh starred in the series BLUTIGE ANFÄNGER as a young police trainee who has to solve her first murder cases, starting in 2020. A second season has already been shot and is scheduled for release in October 2021.

The six-part ARD miniseries BONN (director: Claudia Garde), which is set in the tense environment of the former German capital during the Cold War, has been shot. A broadcast is planned for 2022.

From October 28, 2021, Luise von Finckh can be seen in the successful ARD format BROWSER BALLETT-SATIRE IN SERIE. The continuation of the humorous satire will comprise 8 episodes and shows the turbulent life of two late-night hosts, played by Luise von Finckh and Schlecky Silberstein. It starts on October 28, 2021, with two episodes in the ARD Mediathek and in ONE. Das Erste will broadcast the satire format on Saturdays from October 30.

Luise von Finckh was seen on the big screen in 2015, alongside Elyas M'Barek in FACK JU GÖHTE 2. In 2016, she starred in the drama WANN ENDLICH KÜSST DU MICH, which celebrated its German premiere at the Max Ophüls Award 2017.

The actress lives in Berlin.
